OK, so we have to shelve our favorite dresses and peep toes, but it’s time to embrace the snuggly warmth of coats and scarves. What could be more festive! Just because it’s winter doesn’t mean we have to resign ourselves to a black ski jacket and Ugg boots. The streets are your runway, as these stylesavvy Astorians proved. Cosy yet chic was “the look” out in Queens this month.
