Chasing Tails is a dog day care and boarding
facility in Brooklyn owned by Brooklyn native Matt
Signorile. He first became interested in dogs as a
child when he made his parents read the book “Blue
Ribbon Puppy” over and over again. As a teenager,
Signorile would constantly bring home stray dogs,
insisting that the dogs kept finding him. Signorile
managed a dog day care company in Manhattan
before starting his own company in 2011. His staff
makes sure to treat each dog as if they were their
own. The space is designed with the dogs’ safety
and happiness in mind. Chasing Tails’ slogan is
“Each dog an individual. Each dog like family.”
Chasing Tails also offers private and communal
sleeping arrangements for overnight dog guests,
full grooming services and dog walks. Chasing Tails
