CreArt and Culture Lab LIC present
high-quality performances of new music
written by emerging and established living
composers, as well as classical music from
the 17th century onwards. The festival will
feature innovative visual installations and
multimedia designs alongside the musical
performances.

2. THE HEALTHY HOLIDAY HAPPY HOUR
At this holiday-themed networking charity
event, you’ll have the opportunity to
shop around for some holiday goodies,
participate in a raffle, network with other
businesses or sign up for a number of
services, including chair massages, minifacials
and soul activation oracle readings.
You can also just stop by to drop off a coat
for the coat drive or to donate to the local
nonprofit LIC Relief. Light bites and drinks

FREE ADMISSION FRIDAYS
Pay a visit to the Noguchi Museum with free
admission. The museum was designed and

Isamu Noguchi. It preserves and displays
Noguchi’s sculptures, architectural models,
stage designs, drawings and furniture

4. “DANCE MATTERS NYC PRESENTS:
CLARA’S DREAM”
“Dance Matters NYC Presents: Clara’s
Dream” takes us on a magical journey
through the eyes of the beloved Nutcracker
character. Dive into her dreams, filled with
dance, suspense and beauty. Show runs
for approximately an hour and a half with
one intermission. Advanced registration is

5. PARADE ON ROCKAWAY
CHRISTMAS TREE LIGHTING
For seven years, Parade on Rockaway has
brought hope to Jamaica, Queens. You can
expect three full days of amazing events
including one-of-a-kind food vendors, an
artisan holiday winter village, Christmas
displays, Santa, toy giveaways, live musical
and dance performances and more. On
Friday, Dec. 3, stop by at 7 p.m. for the
largest Christmas tree lighting in Queens.
