this full-day camp will be creating works of
art that resemble the American flag using

Klee. If you would like your child to stay
for their popular jiu-jitsu program with the
International Training Center of New York,

3. CHINESE DUMPLING COOKING CLASS
In this hands-on class, you’ll learn how
to create delicious vegetarian Chinese
dumplings. Chef Raina will guide you stepby
step through refining your knife skills,
making two different dumpling fillings, and
learning the art of folding wonton wrappers
into various traditional shapes. Then sit
down and enjoy your meal. No experience is
required, and all equipment and ingredients
will be provided.

5. “HAPPENING WOMAN”
The theatrical production, “Happening
Woman,” by playwright AnnaMarie Prono,
tells about the life of St. Frances Xavier
Cabrini, the Italian-born Roman Catholic
nun known as Mother Cabrini. The musical
tells Cabrini’s story through the eyes of
a 13-year-old girl with multiple sclerosis
(MS) who sees the trailblazing nun as an
inspiration for her own struggles.
