1. TERROR ON TOTTEN HAUNTED HOUSE
NYPD’s haunted house returns, but the twostory
building is not for the faint of heart.
The old Army installation was transformed
into the police department’s haunted house,
dubbed Terror on Totten. Created by NYPD’s
TARU and Community Affairs officers,
Terror on Totten Haunted House is open
Thursday through Saturdays until Halloween
in Fort Totten, and you don’t even have to
pay to get scared — it’s completely free for
the public. Recommended for kids 12 and up.

Join the final sip and paint event for the
month of October hosted by Haus Of Art,
featuring spooky vibes, monster-themed
cocktails and talented paint instructors.

Whitney Houston, as well as the latest pop

Britney Spears. Admission tickets do not
include dinner; a meal is an add-on ticket
that must be purchased in advance. This

FRIGHT NIGHT EDITION
Set sail for the night on this fright nightthemed
boat ride, with giveaways every
hour and a $500 cash prize for the best
costume. The first 100 tickets are $20 and
general admission is $40. Boarding starts
at 11 p.m. and the boat sets sail at 12:45
a.m. sharp.

5. FALL FAMILY FESTIVAL
This carnival-themed event has everything
from skeeball and rock climbing to face
painting and pony rides. You can even ride
on a train hayride to the pumpkin patch
where you can pick a pumpkin and carve it.
