3. VALENTINE’S DAY CELEBRATION
Celebrate Valentine’s Day with some of
APEC’s furry, scaly and fine-feathered

4. MUPPET TREASURE ISLAND: 26TH
ANNIVERSARY
This Brian Henson creation is a musical
adaptation of Robert Louis Stevenson’s
swashbuckling adventure. Kermit stars as
Captain Smollett leading a crew of Muppets
and young Jim Hawkins’ map setting the
course.

5. SWEETHEART SUNSET HIKE
Throw on some warm clothes and take
a romantic sunset stroll through the
trails in Alley Pond Park. Jocelyn Perez,
Herbalists Without Borders NYC Queens
Chapter coordinator, naturalist and
conservationist will help couples to enjoy
the beauty of nature and learn about local
flora. All participants will be entered into a
sweetheart raffle and three lucky winners
will walk away with a Valentine’s Day prize.

6. CUPID’S CHASE 5K
In celebration of the founding of the
Community Options organization, join the
annual Cupid’s Chase 5K. The race raises
funds and awareness for Community
Options’ mission of providing residential
and employment services to individuals with
disabilities. All participants get a Cupid’s
Chase short-sleeved T-shirt, a finisher
medal and keepsake bib.
