Cops hot on
the trail of two
Rwd. burglars

Police are seeking the public’s
help in finding a pair of
thieves before they cook up
another heist aft er stealing a stove
and microwave from a Ridgewood
apartment.
According to a tweet from the
104th Precinct, the incident took
place on July 6 at approximately
4:20 a.m. inside of a residence on
62nd Street where the suspects
entered the apartment through a
window, police said.
Once inside, the suspects were
able to remove a Whirlpool stove
and Frigidaire microwave from an
apartment that is under renovation,
authorities said.
The suspects fl ed the scene in a
medium-colored SUV, according to
police.
One of the burglars was described
as wearing a refl ective vest,
while the other is a black male who
was last seen wearing a dark-colored
sweatshirt, dark-colored
sweatpants and white sneakers.
Anyone with information regarding
the suspects is urged to call
the 104th Precinct Detective Squad
