Police needs your help in
fi nding a group of teens who
recently beat up and robbed a
woman in Ridgewood.
According to law enforcement
sources, the group of three or four
attackers confronted the 23-yearold
victim at the corner of Cypress
Avenue and Norman Street at 12:30
a.m. on Feb. 8.
Police said the suspects punched,
kicked and struck the woman with
a stick repeatedly, then grabbed
her purse which contained a wallet,
credit cards and $35 in cash. They
then fl ed the scene on foot in an
unknown direction.
Aft er the victim reported the robbery
to the 104th Precinct, detectives
learned that the suspects used the
stolen credit cards at a Bronx store.
The 104th Precinct posted images
of the perpetrators on its Twitter account
on Feb. 23. Police determined
the assailants were teenagers, but
offered no further description
of them.
