Some of a group of students from Chabad on Campus heading to Poland to visit the many death camps, ghettos and other vestiges
of Jewish life and loss across Poland stopped at the JFK international synagogue to light the Menorah with Chabad Air on their way
to their flight.

holiday seasons with similar festivals
of light. Channukah is the miracle
of candles while the Peace Light of
continuous flame is carried around
the world stopping by JFK Our Lady
of the Skies Chapel. Chabad at the
Airport welcomed youth traveling
to Poland for the Holy Days. The
JFKIAT Hall of Chapels is a first of
its kind in the U.S.,. housing Christian,
Judaic Lutheran and Islamic
faiths.

The Peace Light flame is used to light other lanterns to be distributed around the U.S.
Austrian Airlines' Wolfgang Kerndler and Thomas Schutzl carry the Peacelight through
